Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Vinsol, we understand that purchasing machinery and equipment is a significant investment. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Beyond this period, returns or refunds are not feasible due to the nature of our products.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the pristine condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, complete with all accessories and manuals
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Initiating a Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Reach out to your bank, as there might be processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our machinery and equipment, ensuring each item passes rigorous quality checks. Exchanges are permitted if an item is damaged during shipping. For other exchange reasons, please contact us to discuss options.

Shipping Returns

Please send your return to our workshop located along Thika Superhighway Kihunguro. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the return shipping costs deducted.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without it.

  • Custom-Made Equipment: Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Warranty Returns: For items under warranty, please follow the specific warranty process for repairs or replacements.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain items, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Technical Assessment: Some returns may require a technical assessment to determine if they meet the return conditions.
